Dr Graham has been amazing to me. I LOVE his bedside manner and we have established a great repour. His staff have been great as well. My only complaint is that while I was post-op from TWO surgeries, Lumbar and Neck, Dr Graham and his team made their transition from his private office to the Bienville Clinic. During and since the transition it has been quite frustrating for me in the since of not getting calls for follow up appointments after tests have been ordered, not getting returned calls for answers to questions w/o making countless calls of my own and having to make numerous calls myself over the course of a month and a half or so to get a required appointment as a post-op patient. I am also going to have another Lumbar surgery. I had an MRI w/contrast on Nov 30, 2017 for this issue. However, my follow up appointments w/Dr Graham for the results of the MRI and to schedule surgery isn’t until January 4, 2018. I was told it’s b/c that’s all he had available. I am in pain that is worsening and have to be very careful and Dr Graham is aware of this. However, I VERY MUCH understand that Dr Graham himself does NOT set up appointments and that he has a lot of patience. Therefore, THIS particular issue is NOT a reflection on him in my opinion. I’m also aware that he doesn’t have the time to think about the fact that he ordered a test that was done on November 30th but won’t see me until January 4th, that is his staffs job. This time frame just doesn’t make since to me considering my current situation.
