The suspect in a shooting during Black Spring Break in Biloxi last month is now in custody, Biloxi police said Thursday. Dontavis Omar Magee, 22, of Gulfport was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals in Collins, Miss., assisted by the Covington County Sheriff's Office. He has since been transported back to Biloxi. Magee is accused of firing the shots which struck four people, including a Biloxi police officer, on April 16 -- the final day of the annual Black Spring Break in Biloxi. The shootings took place on Beach Boulevard (U.
